It’s a common myth that being Fit means is to exercise but Being Fit means, both Mentally and Physically Fit. Although there are lot of advises for it, but for Healthy Lifestyle there are small changes that you can make in daily routine which in turn will give you better health. Following healthy lifestyle not only reduces the risk of various diseases but increases life expectancy and also helps you to remain Positive.



There are few things you can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle but here I will tell you 4 basic things required to maintain Healthy Lifestyle



1- Eating a Balanced Diet

The diet should include Carbohydrates, Protein, Vitamins and Minerals. Carbohydrates that are chapatis, legumes, fruits and vegetables. For Proteins you should include lentils, legumes, eggs, chickens etc. Good Fats found in nuts, seeds, olive oils should be incorporated in diet. For vitamins and minerals include fruits and vegetables in your meal.




2- Exercise

Second point for healthy lifestyle is Exercise be it yoga, weight training, aerobics, cycling or simple walk just do it at least 5 times a week and it could be at any time be it morning, evenings or whenever you are free. It surely makes lot of difference in your energy levels and keeps you fit and healthy.



3-Sleep

Have proper sleep don’t ignore your sleep as it plays important role in your Healthy Lifestyle, besides that it recharges, refreshes both your mind and body. Keeps you alert and stress free. So have 7 to 8 hours of proper sleep.





4-Water

Lastly fourth thing for heathy lifestyle is water. Most of us are already having plenty of it, so continue with this good habit and keep yourself hydrated and toxin free.








So maintaining Healthy Lifestyle is not rocket science, just follow this 4 simple habits in your daily routine and be hail and hearty.
